About the Role
This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse shipping responsibilities with product and administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in both getting orders out the door quickly and helping manage the unique inventory that makes our store stand out.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and shipping workflow
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory
- Perform administrative tasks related to product management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Reliable, consistent, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn our packing and inventory systems within the first week
- Ability to meet or exceed performance and quality goals within the first month
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse work, or eCommerce preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
- $16-18 an hour to start depending on experience.
- 4 weeks paid time off annually.
